We can offer a discount of 10% as long as there would be 10 units booked on a weekly basis. The villa rates are as follows: Standard $475; Screen Porch - $492; Family Room - $518 The loft rates are as follows: Standard $518; Screen Porch - $536; Family Room $561 Please deduct 10% from the above units for large group. We offer a 10% discount on weekly rentals for 10 units or more There are many family reunions that are scheduled at our resort. Our villas are duplex units that sleep up to 6 with fully equipped kitchens; and the lofts sleep up to 8. There are three types of villas--standard, screen porch, and family rooms. The standard units don't have screen porches or family rooms and only have one bath. The screen porch units have a 12' x 10' screened patio with furniture and one bath. The family room units have an additional 200 sq. ft. of living space and most have 2 baths. The lofts are A-Frame homes and we have the 3 types as described above. Please see our rates on our website: www.floridavacationvillage.com There are many amenities as you probably read on our website--olympic pool, children's wading pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, basketball, tot lots, boat ramp and fishing pier on Lake Louisa. We have a Club House with a full kitchen that can be reserved for special dinners, etc. It will accommodate up to 75 people. We are 18 miles northwest of Disney--about 30 minutes and about 35 minutes to Universal/Sea World. Our resort is only about 1 mile north of the Lake Louisa State Park which is great for hiking, picnicking, etc. Vacation Village is located on a chain-of-lakes and there are boat rentals nearby." I've asked if they will do any deals for as large a group as we will be- worth trying anyway Also We need to confirm date - Previous reunions have been in July as this fits with most family school schedules so I would assume the same again- any comments?
